Barclain Oridge Samuel McTrinity Abusah (born 19 January 1989), known by the stage name Tom D’Frick, is a Ghanaian rapper and musician from Aflao/Akatsi. He is best known for his single “Ovorvorm”
He released a song which featured Kelvyn Boy, Tulenkey and Mawuli Younggod. His contributions to the Ghanaian music industry have earned him numerous accolades, including the Volta Music Awards for “Hiphop song of the year”.
He was announced the first winner of Volta DJ Awards as Djs Artiste of the year. He is also considered one of the major proponents of putting Volta music genre across and his fashionable the most successful Ghanaian rappers of all time.
Tom D’Frick was born in Aflao in the Volta Region of Ghana. He attended Akosombo VRA No.1 and continued to finished his Junior High School at Akatsi No.1 and pursued his Senior Secondary Education at Sunrise Christian High and later transferred to complete at Ave SHS. He was formally a entertainer back in school days and finally make it to the limelight of pursing his career as rapper (hip-hop) as a genre.
He is also the first and only signee on Medikal’s new record label, “Stubborn Academy.”
