Fast-rising hip hop star Isaac Owusu, known in the showbiz industry as Bobo Dada Bee, who hails from Sekondi-Takoradi in the Western Region has thrown a jab at colleagues.
Multiple award-winning rapper Bobo dada Bee has thrown shades at his colleague rapper Yaw Lucaz and Afrobeat artiste Bismark Amoako, known as Aya Ramzyb in his latest interview.
Speaking about his collaboration with highlife artiste Kofi Kinaata. Bobo Dada Bee opened up that he was not charged for his ‘Better Days’ song.
‘Better Days’ song won the most popular song at the 2021 Western Music Awards. He made mentioned that Kofi Kinaata did the song out of his free will and he did not like him to pay any amount.
Bobo Dada Bee applauds the few guys who are working tirelessly to push their music and the region to the world.
He mentioned Qwesi Flex, Chichiz, Kweku Bany, Neff Gee, and other few guys are working tirelessly to push their careers to the next stage.
He Said;
We the new school, the likes of myself, Neff Gee, Kweku Bany, Chichiz, Qwesi Flex, and more of the guys are also working hard.
When the host asked him why he left out Aya Ramzyb and Yaw Lucaz from his list. He answered that these guys are not relevant in the game anymore.
He compared them to Atsu Koliko, and called them old school artists because they are old in the game and feel they are not in their prime time anymore.
He then said they should accept the fact that they don’t rule or reign in Takoradi anymore compared to back days.
According to him, the names he mentioned are the leaders of the school and they are reigning the Takoradi music now and they should not hate them but join their trends.
He ended by saying these old artists he mentioned just hate these new school artists.
