Ayesem told Nana Adwoa Arthur of Connect Fm on the Yenko Fie show that he had sent him a couple of tracks but that they had been rejected.
According to Ayesem, he had Kofi Kinaata on another platform, claiming that he didn’t utilize the proper technique to obtain him, which is why they don’t collaborate.
Ayesem clarified the situation by saying he had sent him a handful of songs to listen to and debate the best course of action.
He went on to say that when he delivered the music to Kofi Kinaata, they had a mutual discourse about how to go with the song,with Kofi Kinaata offering suggestions onhow to proceed with the collaboration.
He boldly told the host that the crooner of “Things Fall Apart” is lying if he claims he hasn’t sought him through the proper channels.
He went on to say that during the inaugural edition of ‘Made In Taadi Concert,’ Kofi Kinaata approached him to help him compile a list of artists that are creating waves in the region to play.
He also spoke about how Kofi Kinaata contacted him a voice message on his phone requesting that he play at the second edition of the “Made In Taadi Concert.”
He added that during the Covid era in 2019,he called Kofi Kinaata to tell him that now isthe finest moment for them to provide music fans what they have been waiting for.
Kofi Kinaata replied him by saying he has dismantle his home studio so he will hear from him but still.
