The body of an unidentified middle-aged man has been discovered hanging from a rope in an uncompleted building located in Tanokrom, a community situated in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis of the Western Region.

According to Emmanuel Kwaku Tobis, the assembly member for Tanokrom West, a resident in his area alerted him about the tragic incident. Tobis proceeded to the scene and contacted the police.
Upon examining the deceased, he deduced that the man was not a resident of the community, and no one in the area recognized him.
The assembly member, Emmanuel Kwaku Tobis, has expressed his concern over the position of the deceased’s body, suggesting that there may be more to the story. The police crime unit, upon arrival at the scene, also raised suspicions of foul play, indicating that the man may have been killed elsewhere and his body brought to the uncompleted building. Furthermore, the police found it perplexing that the man’s right leg was hanging on the same rope as his body, making it difficult to understand how he could have committed suicide. The body of the deceased has been taken to the morgue for autopsy, and the police have commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate incident.
