Management of Kings Group of Companies, one of the leading furniture manufacturing companies in Ghana has donated several office and domestic furniture to the Ghana National Fire Service (Regional & District), Ghana Prison Service, Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly and Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly, western region.
At a brief ceremony, Mr. Sylvester Annan-Mensah, the General Manager of the Company said: “The company recognized the effort of the aforementioned institutions and hence decided to assist them with furniture to support their official duties. He continued that this isn’t the first time the company has taken this initiative and definitely won’t be the last.
ACF-1 Frederick Ohemeng, the western Regional Fire commander, and Mad. Yayra A. Ashong-Mettle, the Assistant Director of Prisons Western region, expressed gratitude to Kings Group of Companies for the gesture and called on other corporate bodies and individuals for more support.
Other officials from the company present at the ceremony included Mr. John Afful, the HRM, Mrs. Rachel Koomson, the Takoradi Branch manageress, Mr. Ekow Takyi, the FM and his deputy, Mr. Augustine, Mr. Seth Fosu, the Production Manager and the Marketing and Sales manager, Elisha Kwadwo Kwakye.
