Ghanaian highlife and hip hop fast-rising artiste Andy Osei Sarfo, known in the showbiz circle as Kweku Flick has expressed he feels when they compare him to Kwesi Arthur. 

In Ghana’s music industry, artist comparison is growing unpleasant. When a new, up-and-coming musician has a few hits, music fans begin to compare him or her to older artists. 

After their music crosses borders, new school musicians in Ghana have been likened to old school artists.

In response to the recent comparative controversy between new school and old school artists, the ‘Money’ hitmaker expressed his thoughts in a recent interview. 

Kweku Flick says he feels delighted when music fans compare him to Kwesi Arthur in an interview with Hitz Fm’s multiple award-winning presenter and Disc Jokey Andy Dosty.

Following the release of his ‘Money’ song, Kweku Flick received some wrath from Ghanaians for sounding similar to Kwesi Arthur’s ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker. 

Kwesi Arthur, he claims, is a brilliant artist, and people comparing him to him make him a great artist.
