Ghanaian actress and media personality known for her bold and unapologetic personality both on and off-screen Xandy Kamel has emotional Xandy Kamel opened up on how she nearly committed suicide.

After losing her kid while he was doing his final exams, Xandy Kamel claims that she came dangerously close to committing suicide.

She went on to add that her husband had abandoned her while she was grieving the loss of her child who had drowned while he was doing his final exams. She claims that her husband refused to accompany her when she asked him to go to the police station with her so she could simply file a report about the death of her son.

She stated that she was experiencing emotional distress and that her mother had been crying continuously as her only daughter was dealing with a lot in life.

She then cursed everyone who had been harsh with her on social media, telling them to merely experience a small portion of what she had gone through after losing her kid soon after discovering her husband’s infidelity.

She got married to Kaninja, a Ghanaian sports journalist. The couple got married in May 2020 in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends. Xandy and Kaninja have a son together, who was born in September 2020. They named their son Ryan Kweku Ameyaw. Xandy often shares pictures of her husband and son on her social media accounts and has spoken publicly about her love and commitment to her family.
